*Turnaround Time and Vehicle Pickup Policy*
 

1. *Completion Timeline*:

All full-body Paint Protection Film (PPF) jobs will be completed within 7-10 business days from the start date. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the job and our current workload.

 

*Vehicle Pickup and Warranty*

Once we have completed the PPF installation, you will be notified that your vehicle is ready for pickup. Please note that removing your vehicle from our premises before completion may void the warranty on the PPF installation. We require that all vehicles remain in our possession until the job is finished to ensure that our work meets our high standards."

*Vehicle Inspection and Quality Assurance*

​1. At Clear PROS, we strive for excellence in every project. To ensure transparency and quality, we conduct thorough vehicle inspections before commencing work. This process allows us to identify any pre-existing damages, ensuring we're not held responsible for prior issues.

 

*Deposit and Payment Terms*

​

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all PPF jobs and projects exceeding $1,000, unless otherwise specified by Installer.

 

2. For projects over $5,000, proof of vehicle ownership is required, and a 50% deposit is necessary.

 

3. We require complete payment or the remaining 50% deposit before vehicle pickup.

 

*Post-Service Requirements*

 

1. For PPF services, please return your vehicle within 14-16 days for a complimentary inspection and trimming to prevent lifting. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

 

2. Ceramic coating customers must bring their vehicle back within 7-9 days for a maintenance wash and inspection. Missing this window will void the warranty.

 

*Industry Standards and Quality Control*

 

1. We adhere to the industry standard of 3% for window tint and PPF contamination. Exceeding this percentage will result in rework.

 

2. Factory tint may have a different hue than our film. We recommend covering all windows with our tint for a uniform finish.

 

3. Tint removals will be done to the best of our availability, but we cannot redo tint due to contamination. Prior cuts or damage from previous installations are not our responsibility.

 

*Ceramic Tint and Coating Requirements*

 

1. To guarantee heat rejection, all windows must be covered in our ceramic window tint.

 

2. Failure to follow maintenance washes and aftercare instructions may result in voided warranties for PPF and coatings.

 

3. Coatings cannot be sent through automatic car washes, as this may cause damage. Harsh chemicals like Carnuba waxes, acid, dawn soap, and wax soap will damage the coating and void the warranty. Please follow the correct aftercare maintenance guidelines.

 

*Additional Information*

 

1. For window tint customers with vehicles older than 3 years or with over 45,000 miles, please note that contamination is more likely and cannot be replaced due to contamination.
